Our Ticket System is soley In-Game We endevour to get all tickets answered and completed in timely manner, but if a staff member is not around, or is unable to help, please be patient, your ticket will be dealt with ASAP!
In-Game Ticket System
Our Ingame Ticket System is the main way that you should bring a problem to our attention. Staff get notified in-game as soon as you make a ticket. If they are able to deal with said ticket, They will claim that ticket and then proceed to help you. Once it has been claimed, it is their responsibility to see that ticket to its completion in a timely and professional manner.
Please remain online while the staff reviews your ticket. If you are not online, we cannot help you in most cases.
Commands
Please replace # with the number of your ticket
/newticket [problem]- This will create a new ticket, please replace [problem] with your issue (do not include [])/ticket(/tk)- This lists any tickets that you made that are currently open or claimed by a staff member/ticket(/tk) #- Shows a specific ticket's details/tickets # update(/ut #) [message]- This will add an update to your ticket so you can include more info/tickets(/tk) # log- This will show you the updates/interactions that are on your ticket/ticket(/tk) # location- This will update the location of the ticket
